What ever happend to Mattew Kelly?
He was the bearded Ant and Dec of the 90's and then something unpleasant was suggested which was proven false and he has disappeared from our screens.
Terrible shame as he had far more charisma than most light entertainers nowadays.

He played 'Squirrel' in Benidorm and appeared as 'Borzini' in the 'Egypt' mini-series, currently being re-aired on Yesterday.

He used to get on my wick on "Game for a laugh", which is the last thing I'd seen him on.
Having just checked him up on Wikipedia I note that he appears to have aged a bit in the ensuing 30 years.

Has concentrated on being an being a stage actor which is where he began...by all accounts and judging by the rave reviews he is not too shabby at all either...

That was cold blood, I think. He was a sort of Hannibal lectur, a serial killer helping the police. He was bloody good - very sinister, was never like that to the contestants on you bet!

played a serial killer in a triogy of programs i think it was called something blood cant remember the first part of the name but he was brillant.
